What kind of printers are you guys using in your trucks to print/fax/scan. I'm going to set my truck up as a mobile office in the near future. Any tips appreciated that will help in this task. I have a laptop with an air card.

I have a Kodak ESP-3 printer/scanner, I am real happy with it, it works well and ink is cheap

I have the hp photosmart c4780 cost me around $120.00.I use trustfax $10.00 a month that works through my computer. it works real well and saves me alot of time and money.

I have a cheap HP, printer,scanner,copier.

I use efax.com for faxes $9.99 mo, for 200 incoming and 100 outgoing faxes

Cheap HP flatbed printer/scanner F4100.
Myfax.com costs me something like $10/month.
Long USB cable so the laptop will reach anywhere in the truck.

Try to get a printer that fits nicely somewhere in your truck so you don't have to hack your truck all up to make it fit.

Get an HP.The cheapest and best printer of them all.I can't even count the abuse mine took,especially when it fell of my top sleeper bed!Still works like a champ.You can find one at walmart for less than $100.And it is definitely worth the money ,when you save a lot of time,money and headaches from the truck stops.
