Default GETLOADED

MOST OF THE LOADS I FIND ON GET LOADED.COM FOR COLORADO REGIONAL, PAY AN AVRAGE OF 95CENTS TO 1.10 PER MILE,
IN COLORADO DRIVING REGIONAL.
THERE IS A LOAD FROM CO, TO IN, 1150 MILE FOR $995.00
I RATHER SELL MY TRUCK THAN WORK FOR FREE.
IS THIS WHAT I CAN EXPECT FROM MOST LOAD SITES?

Just recently we have started having problems with GL, we switched to ITS and have found more, better paying loads. A broker I called (about a load posted on GL) got ticked off because he didn't post the load on GL, GL has been bootlegging loads from other boards. Not all boards are like this, I promise, at least not in my experience. Try www.internettruckstop.com It's the same price but it's more complete and there are no triple brokered loads.

Dieseldog is right, anything that you find in the west generally stays in the west. CO, WY, NV, AZ, NM and UT are the worst states I've ever seen to get my driver out of. So before you take a run west, make sure you have something coming back or are getting paid enough to cover all the deadhead miles you'll have getting back to civilization where there are loads. The few you find in the west coming back east are snapped up so fast it'll make your head spin.

I've been to all those states multiple times and always got a decent load out. It may be better for a flatbed. Usually I get something other than normal freight like a part from an oil refinery going to Ohio to get rebuilt or lumber.

theres tons of oil field equipment always on the move in wyoming and utah, its pretty much all I do 90% of the time these days, and it pays well and gets settled VERY quickly.

I recently found out all this freight is not cheap just the brokers make it cheap. We all know brokers would not book freight for a dollar a mile. Most are taking 50% off top then trying to move it for free.
