Owner Operator Requirements

Hiring in all states except California

Tractor must be 2019 or newer

Must pass DOT inspection

Must have a valid U.S. residential address (any state except CA)

Not hiring non-domicile drivers

Driver Requirements

Must pass MVR check

Able to stay out 2–3 weeks (longer preferred)

Motivated and ready to maximize earnings

Strong safety-first mindset

Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (53-foot trailer or longer) within the last 3 years

SAP accepted only if program is fully completed and FMCSA Clearinghouse status is clear
