Pay isnt good at all unless you certified. I got in and did otj training. Shift work for sure.

ok I thought you may have been certified.

The pay got to better than unloading at a dock for 3 hrs (no pay) in the morning, drive 1 hour paid, to get reloaded at a 4 pm reload (no pay)appointment then start driving after getting loaded around 7 pm and shut down with a legal logbook for a total of 3 hrs driving. Around $60 for 12 hrs in a truck.

Why dont you just find a better paying driving job? Im 25 and have done this for 3 years and my body is hurting. Standing ALL day on concrete floors. Depending where you live/work you can school for 4 years and become a Certified Orthotist but you may only make 40-50k a year depending who you work for. Certified techs may make 14-15 an hour.
