Is it in your DAC report or PSP report? A moving violation not resulting in an accident should not be on your DAC report, but will show up on your PSP if it was issued as part of a Level 1, 2, or 3 inspection.

if it's on an inspection report, it goes on your DAC.

DAC doesn't "pull" PSP reports. His original wording is from DAC. Discharged/company terminated lease is a DAC entry by previous employ. Unsatisfactory safety record is an employer entry for the termination. Hard to see a termination for one ticket.
