Default Icy roads in Naptown

Lol. I was on the way to work and saw a wrecked semi and a p/u truck do 5 circles and smash into the median. I-69 is closed NB at mm7 due to a roll over. I-465 was closed in both directions between Meridian and Michigan Rd. after a firetruck hit a 18-wheeler. I-70 at mm 112 is closed due to a jack-knifed semi. I called my boss and told him that I was turning around and going back home. No way I'm dragging an MT box to Toledo in this muck. :moon:

Yep, Colts! They'll have to call me Kevin. I started out at 3:30, slid all over 465 with 2000 gallons of kerosene enroute to load 6000 more of gas. I somehow made it over the 71st street over pass with the drives locked in, turned around at 86th street and parked her back at Speedway. I'm gonna try again at about 2am. Worst I've ever seen it.

I figured I might as well go home for some Line 5 time with Golfhobo!

The season is young. This is just PREVIEWS OF COMING ATTRACTIONS. No matter how good you might be, Mother Nature seems to have a way to make us all humble. You boys have a very good year, ys hear?

hey, merry xmas to all, was on the way home from the chi on i90 today in my car in the left lane keepin with the slaw azz flow of traffic, u couldnt see the lane markings there was bout 5 lanes, a dum azz ups semi was driftin all over drifted right at me as i was passing had to fly onto the unplowed left shoulder, about a foot of snow was flashin lights and honking, when he realized what he was doing he jerked it back and missed another car by centimeters, also the whole way there were many cars in the ditch and multi vehicle pileups, 2 other trucks got tangled, 1 was completely fucxed total loss front end crunched engine all mangled, oh well same thing every year, only 2 things u have to know in the snow slow down but not dangerously down and extra extra following room, i remember a long time ago as a teen, i lost it in a ford aspire hit the median head on about 60 mph, didnt even stop, when i got home later i couldnt believe it a tiny little scratch only lol, i thought the whole front was smashed, they dont make cars like they used to, i had 2 aspires, close to 50 mpg, never a cent maintenance

Too late. Man, this guy can drink! He goes straight to line 5 without even a PRE-TRIP!! Guess I'll have to drive him home when we're through! :lol2:

Only if MythBuster catches you! But, as long as you're out on the open road, or in a truckstop, or anywhere OTHER than the back room of a "carrier's" offices, I think you'll be safe! OH..... and don't spill it on your logs! He can smell a violation 200 miles away and 3 weeks ago! :lol2:

I've heard he can even tell when you've been sitting in your cab and logging line 1!! Something about the way the seat smells I think!

Better to be safe and ALWAYS log line 5 when not actually driving!
