3. We believe our drivers our our biggest asset

4. Your truck will be out of the shop in two hours

12. This load is HOT. I just picked up a HOT load last week. Picked up Thursday morning in Cincinnatti, delivered in Boston on Monday. Hot, it was room temperature at best.

Oh yeah... "This load is RUSH! It's GOT to be there...

Then, when you get there, the guy on the forklift shows you HALF A WAREHOUSE of exactly what you have on your trailer, and says he has no idea just where he's going to put what you brought.

But, I've also had loads that, when I got there, the production people were sweeping floors, and doing general cleaning, even painting, because there was no material to run. When I got there, they went back to working production.

And, when meeting the crane, we both generally got there pretty close to the same time. Try meeting "THE HELICOPTER" once.

"Highest pay in the industry"

"Our top driver earned $XXXXXX last year"

"We've come up with a new pay package for our drivers that makes us the highest paying in the industry" :?:

How can they ALL be the highest paying in the industry at the same time????
