I was thinking about Central Ref. as I always see a truck here in Monterey
County when passing the Dole plant in Marina. If you don't have a class A and you go through their training program how does the starting pay compare with Swift and Schneider which is pretty low from what I've read.

Check the website(centralref.net/com) and take a look at the pay.

That says it all like 80 some odd cents for OO. And only low 30's / upper 20's for company guys. Yikes run like the wind, unless you don't want to earn.

I think you will find that Swift and Central pay exactly the same and have the same benefits.

You see them around Dole becaues they have a dedicated run for them.
