What about Cerebral Palsy (sp?)?
We had a guy that came in for a refresher course to go work for a company who hadn't driven in over 6 years who had severe cerebral palsy. He had a very hard time getting in and out of the truck, he had one eye that just kinda rolled around in his head, obviously not useful vison wise... and he could barely keep grasp of the gear shifter.
How is he cleared to drive a truck by the standards set forth in the FMSCA Medical info posted in those links up there?
