What's the diference between "None-Need Training" and "Driving School Training" entries in the "Experience Needed" column on the "Compare Companies" page linked under the Trucking Companies link at the top of this page? I'll re-ink my " " key while i wait for your reply. And while I'm here, what's a cab card?

If you've never had any training, it'd be none. If you've went to school and have your cdl, but haven't had company training, it'd be driver school training.Originally Posted by Trubbledog

A cab card is the tractor's registration card.

None need training means you have not been to a CDL school.
Driving school training means that you have but that it is the only training/experience you have.

Thanks 2 both of you. I had a hunch that maybe the case, but didn't want to confuse any responses with my hairball delusions. I thought possibly that they accepted their in-house cdl training as equal measure for experience, or something equally as silly. But i still am confused with the cab-card, as it is sometimes listed as a benefit for working with certain companies. Could you explain further? And thanks again for your help.
