Whoever you pick you better stay with them for a while. You have already quit two companies within a month or two of each other. One more and your driving career is toast. Companies you apply to couldn't care less why you quit another company, they are only interested that you quit.

That's a slight concern. My biggest concern is staying with a company to build a good rapport.
I am not a "job bouncer". I actually enjoyed CR England as far as the driving aspect. The things I hated were : Low miles and that damn lease.

So where would I experience the most longevity? Trans Am, or JB?

I can't say anything about JB (but personally from what I've HEARD I'd stay away). But as a TransAm driver I can say, whew boy they keep me busy. I'm still new to the company, but so far everything they told me has been true. The training experience sucked in every way possible, but I got through that.

The past few weeks I've been averaging between 2800-3200 miles a week. You said something about JB and hometime. TransAm allows you to be home four days a month. Out two weeks, home 2 days. We have pretty nice trucks. Freightliner Columbia and Classic. Also have KW T600 (yuck) but they're for the lease operators. Most of the trucks are auto. So far I'm very happy with the company, its been a MUCH better experience than what I had at us xpress.
