Default SE Regional Runs

I am a new driver looking into companies with SE Regional runs? Do you guys know of any off the top of your head? I'd like to be home weekends if possible. Thanks.

Try Averitt Express. If you go on their website, last I checked anyway, they had regional for new drivers too. I don't know about being home on weekends though. I think that one posistion was listed for Sunrise Fl. I don't know where you are but you can check them out.

I can't remember right off the top of my head if they take noobs or not, but I know a guy that runs SE Regional for Arnold and they get him home every weekend. He lives in Alabama and he said that the farthest north he ever gets is the Carolinas. Mostly he runs across the deep south from Houston to Florida and he really likes them. He says they do a LOT of drop & hook.

Might be worth a phone call to find out if it would be available to you.

Good luck!

Commercial Carriers out of Auburndale, FL offers SE regional with weekend hometime, not the greatest pay, but good drop and hook, somewhat dedicated freight. I worked for them in 05 and they're not a bad place to start.
