Freightliners with the 70 inch "condo" sleeper
Volvo 780 and 880 models
Kenworth T2000
Peterbilt 387
International (any) with the 70 inch skyrise sleeper

All of these trucks will allow a person well over 6 foot tall to walk from the cab to the sleeper without ducking.
