thats a very vague question. There are good companies for me that arent for you. Before we can answer that question, let me ask you a few. Where do you live? Are you looking to drive a van or flatbed or reefer? Flats are harder work and reefers can be seen near grocery stores and depending on the person you may not like either. Is money the major deciding factor or making a living with regular hometime? These are things you must throw out there for you to find a good match for you. I came in here blind too, but I know what I want and why I want it. Answer those questions and we can help you.

Thank you. I am looking to drive Vans. I live in Atlanta, GA. If I can get home at leased 1 day a week this is okay right now. Money is always an issue but starting out I know it will be low so I would like the best that i can get with them paying for my training.

well, the hometime may be difficult to manage. But a recommendation I can give is Swift or Prime for van. I have spoke with swift but didnt take it. I like the idea of being home on weekends.

I know you said you want to do van but have you checked into flatbeding? Check out Maverick, I think they have regional if you live in Atlanta. Im going to Maverick and they seemed the best for pay and everything, check them out if you'll consider flatbed.

Maverick is a good one as noted by smb, it is where I am going as well. But if you dont want flatbed, and a lot of people dont, dont think any more of it.
