Apples are healthy and keep well. Find an orchard to buy directly from. (Insert shameless plug for my parents apple orchard :lol
Ramen noodles are good once in a while. All you need is hot water. Just be careful with the salt content. :shock:
Peeled baby carrots are good to munch on and are cheap.
Jello and pudding comes in no refrigeration needed individual serving sizes.
Pre-cook some hamburgers at home all you need to do is warm them up.
