You have every section all other boards have. How about a music / media section to be just a little different

So... One music vid leads to another and somehow I ended up here. Radar Love - trucker's song, yes? But check out this guy doing the drums. Anyone that's "banged on the bongos like a chimpanzee" knows, this is not a easy song. If you have a short attention span FF to 3:53 - this guy is good. When he's done with his workout he says "bastard, that might be it".

I'll kill for a kit like that. :)

I've always wondered. Why do you guitar guys get all caught up in notes and stuff? Doesn't it just get in the way of having a good time?

I once had a chance to chat with the lady who fronts/sings/yells/growls for Arch Enemy, and found her to be a paragon of intelligence and self-awareness.

What kind of axe do you sling, Roadhog?

Angela is amazing... I saw an interview of her on YouTube awhile back about her growling ability, and how she trains.
I shouldn't have said I don't like the band. As muscian's... I love pro's, and this band does death metal well into the realms past the point of no return. http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2...d10/rockon.gif

...this is interesting to me.
I was reminicing about my early music influences in guitar, and how some of the guy's I really like,
IMHO never "got" Hendrix ...like Yngwie.
Yngwie never had the freedom to hear anything I grew up enjoying.

Joe Satriani signature guitar! What a beautiful machine that is. Drive it with care!

Big Hendrix fan here, especially of the later Band of Gypsys stuff. That band could GROOVE.

If anybody hasn't seen Willie Nelson play live yet, he's a must-see. He can pick with the best of 'em, and you'll leave feeling good.

Nice!

Speaking of The Lovin' Spoonful, has anyone else ever heard a resemblance in the vocal patterns between "Summer in the City" and Aerosmith's "Rag Doll"?

I hear ya on the "bridge cables". I put .012-.056s on one of my Strats, tuned to Eb and yeah, it's a handful for sure. My other guitars are all strung with .011-.052s. You can get a .011 set with a heavier low E via 7-string set, but the first time I tried that, I failed to notice that the G was wound, not plain. I'll never go back to .010s. I bend 'em to easily.

Woah! Is that an LS6? I haven't seen, smelt, or felt one of those since about 1980.
@Clee: Thx! All modded Squiers except the KWS sig model. It's MIM same as the Jimmie Vaughan and a few others. It keeps the price within reach...
