Just curious.... they say pets often resemble their owners.
I wonder if 'ol Tex has one of them nervous sprung chihuahua's? http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l236/Leland10/56.gif :P http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2...ge2970264g.jpg

Since he quoted YOUR post, Ridge..... I GUESS he's talking to YOU! I think I MADE my point!

Ridge Runner 12-16-2007 09:59 AM

And I thought it was funny and agreed.

I can not think of a better thread for disconnected thoughts, or pointless pell-mell quoting. http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2...n_rolleyes.gif http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2...cheesygrin.gif

Hey, YOU started it! Best I can tell, you've had TWO thoughts today, random or otherwise! Gee.... I hope you didn't overtax your brain!

You CERTAINLY overtaxed "someone's" brain! But, it makes no difference to ME! I can be as disconnected and pell mell as the next guy!

Carry on! Things are slow here right now! Not that I care.... I'm heading out tonight for Denver!

Gawd, I LOVE going SOLO to Denver!

Oh, and BTW, for those who have a problem with it...... SPLIT LOGGING will work out VERY well for me on this trip!

Roadhog 12-16-2007 12:54 PM

Be safe Hobro, and I'll leave you go with one last random thought of the day.

I think if you ever catch on fire, try to avoid looking in a mirror, because I bet that would really throw you into a panic. :? ...Hog

http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2...tsaregreat.gif

Roadhog 12-16-2007 06:18 PM

Wouldn't it be sad to watch a mosquito sucking on a Mummy?

Roadhog 12-17-2007 04:46 AM

I just had another random thought.

Maybe some of the so-called experts on this message board, really are experts.
I just wish we could establish some sort of "expert barrier," that if one went past that,
they would go mad and fling themselves in front of a speeding Train.

Then I think people would be more careful, with proving how smart they are. :?

Slimland 12-17-2007 11:45 AM

What if Women's lungs where there breast.. Please inhale and exhale.. Ok--Now hold your breath.

COLT 12-17-2007 01:28 PM

Don't give up your day-job Slim

As children, why did we always think dogs were boys, and cats were girls ?

And as adults, women still think men are dogs ? or hogs...

Now I am going to have a complex.

Roadhog 12-18-2007 12:51 PM

Slim, I liked your random thought! :D
A woman could enlarge her breasts, by holding a deep breath..
After the man passes by, ...exhale. Kinda like a man sucking in his gut, until the woman walks past. :?
Goofy minds think alike... at least you and I are not in fear of ever crossing the "expert barrier."

I had this random thought tonight when I sat down to eat my dinner, Slim...
If God dwells inside us, like some people say, I sure hope He likes fish sticks, because that's what He's getting.

Then I thought...
I wish they made monkeys at the zoo wear sunglasses, so they can't hypnotize you.

I ate a few fish sticks, and then wondered...
If people ever grabbed a Spruce tree by it's tip top, and bend it all the way down to the ground, then let it go....
would they still want to bring those things into their home and
use them as a Christmas tree, after they saw all the stuff that got flung out? :?

Roadhog 12-19-2007 03:56 AM

I thought I had a small bubble of heart burn gas, but it was just another random thought.

Anytime I see something screech across a room and latch onto someone's neck,
and the person screams and tries to get it off, I have to laugh, because what is that thing?

Ahh, that helped some. OH...b-u-u-r-p ppt-tish... sorry, that was gas.
But I still have another random thought.

I bet the main reason the police keep people away from a plane crash is they don't want anybody walking in
and lying down in the crash stuff, then, when somebody comes up,
act like they just woke up and go, "What the....h-o-l-y crap,,what happened?!"

One last thought.
If you go flying back through time and you see somebody else flying forward into the future,
it might be best to avoid eye contact.

:?

Trukrswyfe 12-19-2007 04:00 AM

Here is a random thought. With random thoughts like that I would post them under someone else's name other wise you may have those thoughts in a white padded cell with a tight jacket on. :)

oh just a random thought.

Roadhog 12-19-2007 05:04 AM

Good idea  :!:

I'm gonna post these next random thoughts under your name.
Don't move....ready?

I was thinking about that new movie UnderDog. Tell me if you understand this, but don't feel under any pressure. If you're ever stuck in some thick undergrowth, in your underwear, don't stop and think of what other words have 'under' in them, because that's probably the first sign of jungle madness.

The mistake a lot of us make is thinking the state-appointed shrink is our friend.

Life is stranger than fiction. The YouTube link has a
story about a Crow raising a Kitten, and the two are friends.

What happens if you put instant coffee in a microwave? :?

Just this morning.... I got out my can opener and was about to open a can of worms when I thought, "What am I doing?!"

 Boycott shampoo! Demand the real poo!

wot i life 12-19-2007 08:17 AM

Hot dogs are canned in an automated canning plant right? So how the frig do they know for certain that each can contains 8 dogs? I mean, if they,re wrong we could all sue for breach of contract. Maybe the cans have pinhole cameras inside em? Maybe the canning plant gets some chinese guy to open every can and then solder the lids back on?
Why do they call the liquid hot dogs are in "Brine"...I mean it rhymes with..looks like it and smells frigging bad too. Is brine russian for pish?

Twilight Flyer 12-19-2007 09:10 AM

What happens if you name your dog 'Stay?' Would he ever come if called?

Roadhog 12-19-2007 09:35 AM

What is really maddening, is how the Crows kept calling him, and tormenting him, even when he answered them politely... thought Caw. :?

mommee 12-19-2007 10:07 AM

What is SPAM really made of? or better, what is scrapple really made of?

Slimland 12-19-2007 10:44 AM

Light beer and regular beer, if there 12 0nces they still weigh the same!

Roadhog 12-19-2007 10:45 AM

I think onomatopoetic phraseologist would be more polite than calling someone a word whore. :?

Roadhog 12-26-2007 12:49 AM

Today I was thinking...why is it so hard to understand a woman?

Maybe in order to understand woman, we have to look at the word itself: "Woman". Basically, it's made up of two separate words - "Wo" and "man".

Did God make a mistake?...and go like....."Wo...man!"
Or was it on purpose...and He looked at Adam shaking His head, and with a grin and bouncing eyebrows...exclaimed... Wo.....Man!" http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2...10/naughty.gif
Knowing how entertaining putting up with us would now be for the next 6-7 thousand years.

Is it a reminder we are suppose to "Wo" her as a man? They always lament how they need to be in the mood.

Is is a constant warning? "WO"...man!

Or is it in how you say it? "Wo...(with inner grunts and snickers) man."

http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2...and10/Copy.jpg Maybe it is in complete wonder and awe in what she must be thinking ...like .... WO......................man.............

Or is it in anguish....like ohhhhhhhhhhh Wo.....man.

???????????? This line of random thought could go on for a lifetime. :?
It's a mystery, and that's why so is woman.

Slimland 12-26-2007 01:06 AM

All I can say to that pic is Wo-Man..
