My comments were not directed towards you, just your comment about listening to people on the CB and if we really wanted them to carry. I have only been here a short while, I notice that we beat quite a few horses hundreds of times. New people come on board and they want to discuss what is important to them. Nothing wrong with that.

No there is nothing wrong but if you See the Search Feature at the Top of the Forum and type in the topic that we're talking about now you'll see that we've covered the Subject pretty much in it's Entirety.

My point is that many subjects have been covered in their entirety, yet they pop up all the time. It's much like reading the news paper, we can read week old copies and we really will be pretty much up to date. I want to read the fresh news of the day, even if it has already been covered. The Search function is not real flexable on here. If you type "Austin Community College" you will get every use of the word "Austin," "Community" and "College." Somewhere in there you will find "Austin Community College." If you care to read every single post, line by line, post by post, for several years.

Look, SEARCH, the Old Posts. EVERYTHING has been said.
I Know you probably think you're bringing up Something we all haven't heard before. You haven't.

Well, I didn't start any of these topics. Whoever did must not have searched previous related topics or they did not find the answers to their questions. You are telling the wrong person to use the search function, I do on all topics I start.

Talk, whether on the CB or behind the keyboard is cheap. Most people will run their mouth (or fingers) without too much thought behind it. How many of these late night CBers actually follow up on what the say, same with the Internet. As far as carrying a weapon, it is an individual decision. If you can't handle it, don't carry. The was I look at it is that every responsible citizen should carry in defense of your country on down to your family and fellow man. The Supreme Court has ruled that law enforcement has no responsibility to protect an individual. That leaves it to an individual to protect himself. My belief in the right to carry has nothing to do with trucks, it is a right that should be exercised at all times. Otherwise, small chance that it may be, you will end up as a statistic and an example for some of us as to why we should carry.

This is what I meant by "I could'nt had said it any better Terry."

Hey BobMack I understood what you were saying, I'm only commenting on Yooper's post, not yours.
