I have been hired as a consultant to help find solutions to many of the problems that truckers are facing today. The 2 main issues that I am focusing on is self protection and health/nutrition. I would love to hear your thoughts concerns or issues on these topics.
What are you companies doing for self protection? Are any companies offering self defense classes? What would you like companies to offer to help with this issue?
What options are there available for healthy eating or exercise? What issues or obstacles do you face with staying healthy?
