CH Robinson to Host Regional Carrier Appreciation Event

CH Robinson Worldwide is holding a its first Southeast Carrier Appreciation Event in Tampa, Fla., on Jan. 13.

There will be food, drinks, and entertainment at the event. Every driver that attends will get a coupon for a free sandwich from McDonald's, along with donations from Dunkin Donuts and Cracker Barrel. There will be music and contests for the drivers and their families.

The event will be held at the TA Travel Center in Tampa off I-4, exit 10 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Yeah.....it'll have to be donations for sure. Any poor soul attending that has been running CH Robinson loads won't be able to afford to eat anyhow!:lol:

Obviously, they do not expect a large turn-out. That has got to be about the SMALLEST T/A in the whole country. If they were going to do something like that at the IOWA 80, it would mean something. In that T/A, they'll probably see a dozen drivers. C-HEAP AND H-EAVY is not planning to give much away.
