Default Turnover rate?

How are the companies turnover rates computed?? and what does the turnover rate actually mean? ( the number of drivers who quit per year or what).

Default

Its a combination of all reasons a driver leaves. Quit, fired, died or whatever. Ive posted this before but will again because it seems to get ignored. The highest % of turnover rate come from drivers being fired.
I monitor my own person turnover rate with drivers Ive hired. Ive seen about 60% of that turnover is fired for one reason or another, about 20% of that turnover comes from quiting for personal reasons, they are moving, they dont want to do OTR anymore and we dont have a local job in that area, or maybe health reasons. The other 20% is probably because they arent happy with the job.
