Position Info
- Starting pay for solo OTR drivers is $.48 to $.53 per loaded mile depending on work history.
- The scale continues to grow up to an annual base pay of $.54 per mile.
- Annual safety bonus and an annual employment bonus per loaded mile.
- Weekly fuel bonus per mile.
- Top drivers earn $.54 per mile.
- Primarily no-touch freight; pay for stops, layovers, detention and extra work performed.
