Due to continued growth we are searching for Truck Driver CDL A Regional within 50 miles of Salina, KS.

Compensation

• Annual salary up to $75,000-$85,000 per year, which includes:
  • Activity based and accessorial pay (can include layover, detention, stop-off, etc.)
  • Guaranteed weekly pay (some conditions apply)
  • Pay increases at 3, 6, and 12 months of safe driving
  • High weekly miles
  • Home every 14 days
  • Weekly paychecks

Work Schedule

• Home every 8-days with 2 consecutive days off.
• Start times vary, typically early mornings.
• Plan your own route, breaks, etc.; pre-scheduled appointments at most stops.
• Must be flexible with work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Backing in and out of docks
• Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
• Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• No experience necessary! New graduates encouraged to apply!
• Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen
• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License, with air brakes endorsement.
• Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
• Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical
• Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance
