    Default Mayflower/United/Atlas/North American?

Anyone know anything about the electronics/ Trade show division for these moving companies. I'm looking into hauling for one of them and trying to see if anyone has any experience in that field. Anything would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Bandit's Cousin used to pull a van for one of them. His dad is also an owner operator for one of the HHG carriers. You might shoot hiim a pm and see if he is still doing it and if he has any information that he can share with you.

I pull for United doing special products/tradeshows.

Edit: No PM recieved. Must not have wanted any info. Most pay mileage to the tune of 1.25-1.40 on all miles. Atlas guys I talk to seem happy for the most part.

McCollister's...yep. They have a decent pool of tonnage, but I rarely go there for pickups/aux services/etc. I do know a salesman there, though.

BC, How long are you out. Is there a required time on the road? I got a call from one of the divisions in Stl. The guy made it seem like they need trucks to move the trade shows and such. Just wondering what a typical run consist of and how long will I be out. I was told there are loads moving everyday from STL area. Do you have any idea what area they run, or is it 48 states and canada..

All depends. They do have dedicated runs out of STL and OTR truckload fleets. You'd have to talk with them as far as hometime, it varies greatly.
