Default Books on 1986 Freightliner

Can anyone tell me where I might get a manual on doing maintenance on my 1986 FLC 1260, with a Cummings engine.

Also:

1. How do I find out about my engine (Serial Number, or what and where
is this info located)

2. How about what kind of transmission I have and Maintenance.

3. Rears, and gear ratio.

I know the engine, transmission, rears have all been changed since the Truck was originally built.

I went to the Freightliner place, and they told me they don't have a manual for this, so I am trying to find some on this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'll second eBay as a source. I've got a '69 Freightliner I'm playing with and I found service and maintenance manuals and a parts catalog on eBay.
