I am happy at 65mph maybe 70. I always wonder about the BBR O/Os that blow past me at 70 plus... They must have alot of money for fuel...

It's important to factor your ratio, tire size and torque curve. My old Werner FL classic does best at 64-66 mph for fuel mileage. I just get up a little earlier and keep the left door shut and I'm parked for the night b4 the truck stop fills up...usually. It is set wide open, but I rarely go over 70. I would rather have the extra money than get there 1 hour sooner.

Let me guess!
You either running about empty, or always on a flats, no traffic, and wind is always coming from the tale?
Tell me i'm wrong :P
One more option, you've miscalculate your fuel mileage.

I'm elusive, but if you look hard enough, I can be found.
Right now I'm up by Boston, doing a 4 day unload.
