I don't need Biology to tell me I'm a better truck driver because I'm a woman, I already know I am. I experience it every day and I go to shippers and they tell me...so biology is so not needed.

I figured, with that "stolen, stock photo" as an avatar, this was a troll post. Granted, an old, dessicated, exhumed one, but a troll post, nonetheless.
I've had the joy and honor of meeting some of the toughest women and most caring men out there, and vice versa, but it was always obvious that we were all out there to do one thing: our jobs.
ANYONE who works hard, invests the courage and commitment to drive one of these big lovelies gets my respect. Hands down. No kegels! lol

I used to work as a stage hand at Stadium's and Arena's around DC. We hired all walks of life if you could handle the job. It was not for the weak, 10 new hires, 2 to 3 MIGHT stay and make it. Our leader under the big bosses was a lady, she didn't take sh!+ from anyone. We had several females working with us, and the banter back and forth.........gold. Had 1 lady who was in her 60's and tiny but she could handle the big mixer and amp boxes by herself. Couple of male kids, they dropped off and quit, 1 quit in the middle of a load-in. Point is, of the females we had, only 1 was built for the job. The rest were not but they got the job done and hung with the guys no problem. I got zero problems with a woman doing a man's job if they can do the job. Ladies, if the guys are going to dish out banter, give it right back!
