Got a new oil change when I got to the Petro in West Memphis AR that evening.

:angryblue::angryblue: The bad thing about finding that filter wrench....I also found coolant coming from the "weep hole" on my water pump. I ended up dropping my load at our Memphis terminal and getting the water pump replaced. 3 days for the right pump to show up....freaking Cat's!! :angryblue::angryblue:

try speedco next time,when they are done, they take you to the truck and show you everything that was done.

Try not to tear it up too bad. I'm pretty sure there's a core charge on those dessicants. Could depend on where you buy them though.

I've got one like that and have used it for years. Pretty bullet proof and fits about everything. I think that I got mine in a wal-mart. Mine has a fabric strap to it and is a little frayed now but I swear by it. I've actually crushed an oil filter with it using a cheater bar.

if i remember correctly a cat filter wrench fits them nicely.be carefull trying to spin them off since the body is aluminum,and the cartridges sometimes do not come off easy at all,if they havent been changed recently.i have spun quie a few off and boogered the threads on the housing,then its change the whole dryer off.
