Refrigerated. All them drivers look like miserable, overweight, under-hygiened, worn out seat warmers. Just kidding. But I think refrigerated is the last bastion of the Cowboy Trucker and you know what that means.

Seems like you and I got the same idea except I'm stuck for a little while longer.

Cdswans response is the one I heard when there, and Colin's response is absolutely correct.

Some of you might find this amusing, but it is true (for me). If taking 61 mph naps is to be avoided by not allowing drivers to run with their lights and cruise control on they should also disable the windshield wipers as in a moderate rain shower the rhythmic back and forth of the wiper blades makes me sleepy. I'm not sleepy before or after using them, so my best guess is it is them. I've been tired while driving, and I can't think of a single instance when being on cruise control or not had anything to do with it.

But why mention this when it'll provide years of laughter when the QC messages arrive stating the safety benefits of running with your lights on, the next message stating the improved fuel mileage from using your cruise control, and all the while knowing you can't do both at the same time.

There has to be another reason why cruise control is disabled when the headlights are on. Whether or not the truth will be told is another matter...

I've talked to a few of their drivers all were happy there.
If I could I would apply with them even if I had to relocate....which it looks I will in order to find a job anywhere anyway.
