Well Stan, there's no forklifts at RPS. Actually, there was one at the hub but it was used mostly by the maintenance guys. RPS is all small packages and parcels...so most everything moves on rollers and conveyors.

From what i know @ Fedex Ground everything goes out by seniority,especially in dedicated runs.If you don't do team,then it would be hard to make money.All their freight is time sensitive and you can't be late at all.

I have a good friend with 8-9 trucks @National LTL down in Riverside CA.He told me that National ltl is much better since freight is in first come -first serve basis.Pay i believe is about the same.

Right now with the economy don't expect something better,especially in transportation ,as i think it will get worse before better.BOL though.
