I had a Pyle truck pass me tuesday on NB 84 just south of Wilks-Barre. Driver had his foot on the dash...and I didn't see a stick....Orange/Black Mack Vision daycab.

Well my Dads buddy who works for pyle stop over my house today. He said he talked to the person who is looking at my application. She said i really don't meet the 1 year of night driving experience, or 3 years of day and night driving combined for line haul. But they are willing to work with me on that. My dads buddy is really pulling some strings up there for me. He is 95% sure i will get the job. I will owe him big time if he gets me in. Its good to know people thats for sure.

He also said they did away with that 16/hr to start for 6months. Now they start at 19-19.50/hr right away. That was really good to hear. So i got to call the girl at pyle Monday if i don't hear from her by noon.

Mack good luck! Remember if you need any specific advice, there is a poster named Coolio that comes around every now and then. Rumor has it that he has really good advice for people. I would highly recommend that you seek his guidance and counsel. Coolio really seems to have it together.
