I know what SD is talking about, but since it has not yet been released, you get a little reluctant to post it. When you're in the position of a recruiter, especially an outside recruiter, you tend to get your information through the companies that you work with instead of from channel 19. That info usually proves to be valid. But again, you don't ever want to post things like that until you know for certain. Today should tell.

Someone asked me today if I had heard anything about the rumor that big orange was taking all their trucks off of the road due to the high fuel prices. I just said no. Seemed quite unlikely to me. But maybe after J.B. buys TMC and then sells them to Swift. And after Superior Carriers buys Maverick just to get the freightbase.

Then, once that second thread gets a reply or two, someone else posts a generic question vaguely mentioning the news item, as if the prior two discussions hadn't already answered the question.
