Yea ken_o I heard that team drivers are desperately needed and when working for a company they usually get priority for frieght.

I also wanted to add that not too far away from me in Liverpool, NY there is the National Tractor Trailer School. They seem to have good training and they help graduates with job placement. According to their web site, (www.ntts.edu), 93% of graduates have gotten jobs and with my friend and I both wanting to be team drivers, I am sure we would get one. I should be getting contacted by NTTS soon so I can get information them.
