Hmmm.....just looked at your myspace account. Kinda cartoonish. But I did get some info from it.

First, don't ever tell your boss about that site. Or any company you want to hire you.

Second. I know alot of drivers who has gotten jobs in Texas with worse records than yours. So I beleive something else is preventing you from obtaining work. Let me use a quote from your myspace site:

http://www.myspace.com/douglaxson

And on the same site, I find this:

Now, for some reason, let say past postings, and your website....hmmmm, I'm thinking maybe your problem is your attitude.

That's just my guess. Take it or leave it.

I read thru your site alittle more, and came across this:

After reading your site alittle, I'm not too sure that truck driving is the career for you.

Your myspace page is a little creepy. And this only reflects your own personality. And thinking about that roaming from city to city wigs me out alittle.

Now, I'm not the one hiring you. So if this does this to me, imagine what a company might think.

I would suggest losing it. Entirely. Make sure no-one can find it, and start over with something less creepy.

Unless you think it's just fine. Your the one needing the job.

        Choice is yours.

Just went to your myspace page....

          much better.

Good luck in your hunting for a job. You might try fuel hauling down there....soon it will be the busy season for Texas.

I got on with Choctaw Express running teams on a dedicated routre from Laredo TX to Pontiac MI ,home on weekends.

As for my MySpace page it is a place for me to have fun and express myself and current mood at the time. I ain't going to lie I am a big comic book geek who likes anime and sci fi stuff.

Thanks to everyone for thier advice and critiques and i do not hold a grudge against people who have shared thier honest opinions and concerns.

Great doug....Im glad you found a good job!
As far as your myspace account.....keep it anyway you want it. I cant imagine anyone turning down a truck driver because of a myspace page unless it was kiddie porn or something.

:!: Hey man, f the guys giving you a hard time! Some time things happen, and there isn`t any thing you can do . Keep trying , have you tried any dirt hauler companies ? . No offence to anyone, but in my area dirt-gravel haulers are always hiring anyone that can hold a wheel ! The pay in( my book ) is lousy, but they hire just about anyone !Do something like that till your licence clears up.
