If I left any out, I'm sorry. Tell us about it.

Silver Bullet 05-07-2002 01:28 PM

I live in the small town of Oneonta, Alabama. Don't blink as you come into town or you may miss it. We do have a Wal-Mart SuperCenter though, and 5 redlights on the main drag through town. Our big thrill is when the Fair comes to town. But I don't complain, I love the country livin.

Scoe 07-12-2003 02:24 PM

Portland, OR. So definitely the Pacific Northwet. Yeah we have stop lights in this town, traffic too. Everyone who drives for a living always frets about the traffic in L.A. For my money the worst traffic on the West Coast is in Seattle, then the Bay area, then Portland, then L.A. The reason I say that is because in L.A. at least they have several freeways and some of the people actually know how to get out on the road and get their business done without creating a cluster for you.

Ironturkey 07-14-2003 09:38 PM

Benton city, Wa. exit 96 off I-82. No stoplights, no motels. Gonna have to move soon its gittin to big last count was 2200. Need to find a smaller town like N. powder Or. er somthin like it.

trckndad 07-30-2003 05:13 PM

I live just north of Seattle. I have to agree with you on the Seattle traffic Scoe the traffic can be horrible up here.

Hey littleman and diamond; I love it up on the Pacific NW coast. I84 along the Columbia River - breathtaking! And coming back out of Seattle along I90 - Snowqualmie's like an enchanting winter wonderland in the winter. Just beautiful! If it weren't for my elderly Mother, I'd already be up there.
