Either scrambled, or over easy. I like both.

over medium...........not runny but able to dip your toast.....
|
Fried...in bacon grease...resting atop a hot pile of corned beef hash....oh and a cardiologist's business card....

Scrambled or Omlette sprinkled with Tabasco
That's a breakfast that wakes you up. Even better is Sriracha Chili Sauce. |
You forgot to include boiled and poached in your survey. I like boiled, scrambled, fried (over easy) and omelets. Basically, I like them about any way that they can be fixed. There is nothing like a good western omelet, fruit and toast.

There used to be a restaurant in Lebanon Junction, KY that fixed "BREAKFAST IN A BOWL". (before Pilot took it over) Hash browns, eggs (the way you like them), sausage patties, biscuits, all covered with country gravy. Used to stop there like going to church on Sunday. Since it became a Pilot, I don't even slow down anymore. But, I wouldn't mind finding someplace else that serves them that way. Sure was good.

Actually, there is a noticeably different taste if there is a rooster loose in the hen house. There are people that can tell the difference and prefer the taste of fertilized eggs. I prefer the taste of brown eggs over white one. So, while you chuckle about a response that can be taken two ways, she could have been very serious...
Of course, I don't know her, so I could also be way off base too. :smokin::rofl: |
I like em scrambled, but in a pot not on a grill. Cook much more even and taste much better. You can really taste the difference.
