We're all gonna die soon anyway so here is my ideal breakfast and tip for starting the day as you mean to go on
3 rashes smokey bacon
2 pork sausages
2 potato scones
1 large scoop of haggis
2 tomatoes
1 large dollop of baked beans
12 fried mushrooms
2 slices of black pudding(fried)
2 fried eggs
4 slices toast(buttered, salted variety-not that healthy low carb tasteless ****e)
Only around 1400 calories so still leaving space to pack in another 1200 or so for dinner.
That's the way to start a truck driving day!
(Push on push on, get another few hundred miles before you eat again)
Some habits die hard and even now after a few years of being away from trucks, I still eat like this most mornings
