unused calories get stored as fat ,so don't over eat ,and get exercise ...also it is much harder to get fat from eating a clean diet as opposed to one consisting mostly of refined sugars, saturated fats,and hardly any protein ...even if both diets have equal calorie content...Oh and Subway is not that healthy.
