I forgot about the Indian truck stops in New York, merrick. It is about the same difference as running in Oregon and buying fuel using their puc.
I have a friend who consistently buys fuel in the higher tax states. He often has a credit at the end of the quarter. He prefers it that way. The way I do it I don't usually pay too much fuel tax.
