As far as companies who treat their drivers well, CFI has an excellent reputation. Although they are not a "training company", they do hire rookie drivers. CFI does have a trainee program at Crowder College in Neosho MO .
They even have a skid pad out there .

That is NOT a CFI training program. It is one of a few schools CFI directly hires from and their program consists of the student paying $1,000 and CFI picks up the rest of the tab. The nice thing about the program is that there is NO contract to sign. Pull your first load and that is it.
