Biggest problem of not having any experience as a class A is insurance.
I haven't heard of a broker caring how much experience you have they only require you be insured.
As far as individual companies most require from 6 months to a year before they will lease to a driver.
While you say you have 15 years of business experience I wouldn't suggest you become an O/O with less than 2 years OTR experience. Their are people that didn't have 2 years but most fail.
