I e-mailed the top training supervisor at Schneider twice telling him my experience and have never rec'd an answer back....they don't care.....I will move on.....either CRST or Covenant........
COVENANT?? Can't you go somewhere else? I mean read on this site about all the bad stuff being said about that company. I never hear anything good about them.
Thanks, I went to search and put in Covenant but I don't see anything about the company, what should I be seaching for? what about CRST, what do you think?
Well what exactly are you looking for? If it were me I'd type in some company names and read up, ask some drivers...
Here are some links to threads on Covenant on this forum:

Just to start.... If you look at the top of your page, you can do a search for companies, look in forum: what about this trucking company?
Anyhow, if it's training you're looking for there are plenty of big companies you can start with, just keep in mind it is to get started nad it'll be far from perfect! Personally I did my CDL with Prime and if you go as a company driver they're OK. They also pay you $600 week while training. There are people here who will say Prime stinks (which on the lease side they do), Swift, JB Hunt, US Xpress (is who we drive for now).
I'd personally stay away from JB and Swift also; that's from hear-say I do not have any personal experience with them.
I want to be positive but I also want to be honest. To get you going you could start reading up on the forum, but I would not make a rash decision because you will surely regret it. It'll pay off to do your research before going out your front door.
If you have any questions let me know - in the meantime I wish you best of luck!!
