Alex, you can kindly keep out of this. Rokk and MommaKay were mearly pointed out what "loathing" actually meant. I did make a mistake of NOT looking up the word "loathe" before typing it into my previous post.

As far as you go, Alex, i can gaua****tee that you are the dumba#% for what you wrote without studing what was written and what lead up to what was wrote.

Rokk and MommaKay, i do appreciate it for pointing my mistake out to me.
I do wish to get back behind the wheel of a truck with any company and i do "loathe from sitting on my backside". I'll do almost anything to obtain driver status again. 1 final thing, i best think before typing anything and to look up certain words if i do not know what they mean.

Keep the personal profanity attacks out of it, Kreeper. Thanks.

i am somewhat confused. he got on here bitching about trucking companies and this board. says he loathes getting back into a truck, has a messed up DAC. then in the last post said he would do anything to get back into a truck. WTF?? and he sure posts alot for someone that does not wanna hear anything from all of you mean truck drivers.

Loathe = wanting to get back INTO a truck and with a company.

Dislike = not giving a dam* either way and disgusted with the BS most of these companies dish out.

I'm not sure what I expected, coming from someone who doesn't know the English language very well, but this was way funnier. Thanks.

Best of luck to you pal.

Personal attacks? No offense TF, i believe you need to reread this thread. I am just at ropes end when others assault my intelligents. I believe you need to take a look at Alex's, Vito's and Jed's post BEFORE you cast judgement.

As far as the profanity is concerned, i'll do what i can to keep it to a minimum.

Hopefully that Alex, Jed and Vito would read the following quote, i stated it once and i'll repost it again and hopefully they can READ and UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. So what if my DAC is messed up? who cares? I don't. It is the "D"epartment "O"f "T"ransportations way of giving someone the shaft.

I can also see that my sobbing behavior has rubbed everyone the wrong way and has angered most of you. I generally stopped posting here on Class A because of it, most of you have tried telling me to "shut up and deal with it" and that "sh*$ happens".

DOT has absolutely nothing to do with your DAC report. That's be the same as worrying about the DOT writing you a ticket because you had a car repossessed.

So what if my DAC is messed up? who cares? I don't.
Companies care. They care about what kind of references companies are going to give on you, whether through DAC or fax. Whether or not you will get hired will be based on a LARGE part on those references. If your DAC or references are messed up, you'll have a hard time getting hired. And it has nothing at all to do with the D.O.T.

kreeper01 11-27-2007 06:40 AM

Let me see if i have this correct.

1) Shippers, Consignee's and dispatchers do not care if you are fatigued or not.

2) Reffering to option 1, all 3 care about is that the load gets from point A to point B in the minimum time possible.

3) The D.O.T. comes around because of several resons: 1) They caught you speeding, 2) you were driving recklessly and 3) The D.O.T. caught you doing #1 and #2.

4) The first 2 slap "Late Deliveries" on your DAC along with the speeding and reckless driving charges on your DAC that was handed to you by the D.O.T.

My question is: IF a driver pick up a load at point A at 0630am and you have a delivery at Point B at 5pm. The distance between both points is exactly 600 miles, the driver has to contend with really high congestion areas the entire way? How is this possible?
