Better do a little homework, Fredog!!
:roll: Those rules apply ONLY to tin can CB's which contain the high polish silver wrapper "Lesuer Peas" which contain"VeryYoung peas with mushrooms!! They also must be connected with triple wrapped STRWN Monofilament Fishing Line, and the ONLY time LOE can hassel you is IF DOT or LEO spots the monofilament line with a pair of binoculars In the two years that I drove OTR, I've driven millions of miles with my tin can CB's and nobody EVER said anything to me about it!! :P |
Fredog;
You REALLY need to do a little more research here. There is an EXEMPTION to Tin Can CB radios which were purchased on the second Tuesday of each week during the month of Septober. :roll: I didn't get where I am by being ignorant. |

Because they were NOT Lesuer Brand Very Small Garden Peas with Mushroom bits and pieces!!!! I was there when it all happened, I saw it with my own EYES!! Even Trooper Mony Dial said the Tin Can CB's were legal!! Read a BOOK, DOG!! :P |
