Again, My husband isn't giving the sample but he was asked. He said he would find someone else to give it and mentioned my minor nephew. I am hoping the temp isn't right and they make him retake it.

Well if your BIL has had days to take this "random" test then it really is not a random at all. Driver's are suppose to take a random immediately upon being notified.

Maybe you should call your state commercial vehicle enforcement office and tell them about how your BIL has had days and days to comply with a random drug test and let them know what company he is working for.

Just an update...BIL got his girlfriend to pee in the cup for him and since he is still driving I guess they got away with it.

If you know where he took his UA, suggest to them that they make everyone EMPTY THEIR POCKETS AND TURN THEM INSIDE OUT in order to take the test. (Might have to "frisk" him too)

I'm surprised he got away with it. I have a friend who does it and most of
the time they require he actually watch the person pee. If not, he takes a
temp reading immediately to make sure it's above 90 degrees.

If you know the company that did the collection/testing, why don't you anonymously call 'em and ask if they ran a pregnancy test on the sample? If they get curious, which I'm guessing they will, tell 'em the sample was from a female. BOL
