I am just really unhappy with the Pete. And I have come to find out that big roomy bunks are not my style. They get blown all around in the wind and have too many rattles and noises for me. I like the tight confines of a flat-top truck.

As for the Pete, the only things I did to it was 2 basically free modifications for power, and I didn't change anything else as I wound up not likeing the truck very quickly. Especially once I realized I was spending $400 a week to get worse MPG. I know it was more roomy, but I'd rather spend $50 a night at a hotel for the 3 nights I'm gone. Plus with the WS I can run more loads with my company pulling liquid tanks as they have a run I can do to Indy and back on friday's for an extra $800 @ 6hrs work ;)

I like how trucks with flat roofs look. Smaller sleepers = (1) less weight (2) better air exchange (easy to heat in winter, cool down in summer) (3) maneuverability, with shorter wheelbase, and last but not least (4) easier to clean :D

tracer in regards to #4.. didnt think you were lazy! jk

as of recently the more i look at the WS i love them more and more. i actually like the looks of the "fat" sleeper. who knows maybe one day i'll build a ws glider.

good luck with the new truck! and i'm curious to how the pre acert motor is. the truck i'm buying has the same motor.
