Just got off the phone with Decatur and then Head Office Safety. Was told this was a mistake with State Trooper doing wrong number???

Noticed the accident report was done by the same State Trooper and my accident was 6-26-2009 and his was 10-26-2009 in the same county.

Head safety guy told me he was very sorry about my problems but they were not at fault, but the State Trooper was.

During my audit, the DOT State Trooper called and was working on getting it removed and told me to check on it in 30 days to see if it is gone and if not to notify him and he would get it took care of.

Not wanting to sue or anything, but didn't want something shady going on either.

I am not able to pull up my safety rating as it has none.

Have you heard anything more on the DOT number, Papa Rick?

The State Trooper DOT guy got the info straightened out as he said he would. Accident took off my record and my sat compliance review on record, just waiting for the score to come down from 93 WOW bad score.

Goes to show you a person can stay on top of his game plan pretty good and miss one thing, (never thought I needed to check the safe stat or anything like this) especially since I was the only one on my company driving record.

I will keep checking it now every couple of weeks if not every week.
