There can be advantages to dumping either axle. It is a matter of personal preference. It is up to the owner to decide which axle he wants t dump. Some trailer manufacturers will not honor a warranty if a dump valve is installed. When I purchased my step deck I was told that the manufacturer would not honor the warranty if I installed a dump valve. The problem they have had is that some people have not re-inflated their air bags and traveled down the highway and had axles to break or have other suspension damage while under a heavy load.

Anyone ever had those cookies? I think they are from England.

Stay AWAY from the f**king cookies!!

Ok, let's approach this from another angle, you can eat pretty much anything except white stuff (bread, noodles etc) and sugars. It's not atkins it's education. Meat, cheese, vegetables, fresh fruits, even beans. You know what I did, me and the wife read the South Beach diet book, it has a lot of great information in it. I didn't follow any meal plans and never made a single recipe that's in the book. Just take what you learn and apply it.

That's all for this edition of Rusty's Healthy Eating Habits my friends, now go out there and eat right, not white.

Having said all that, if any one wants to make the chili I did, which by the way I severely diverted from Steves recipe, here it is, it's from memory though. There's also no set amount of ingredients either, I go by feel.

Chicken
Hamburger
Kielbasa sausage (I stir my coffee in the morning with Kielbasa)
Kidney bean
Black bean
Green Bell Pepper
Jalapeno pepper
Cherry bell pepper
Cayenne pepper
Onion
Tomato Sauce
Tomatoes
Tomato Paste
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne Pepper (the spice)
Touch of sugar to knock down the acidity

Have Rolaids on hand.
Trust me

if you truly want to cut back the acidity, use a pinch of baking soda instead of the sugar.

You can't make real chili with chicken, Rosty. All this talk about food is making me hungry.

Chili originally started out with chicken, beef and any other meat. There were no beans involved. What made chili chili was smashing up a bunch of tomatoes and mixing in meat and spice. That's it.

Chili was always a staple of the cowboy and lasted a long time due to the acid in the tomato sauce.

Chili without macaroni noodles and lots of carbs isn't chili. Dipping some fresh baked bread into the chili is a requirement. Getting fat is the reward.

Macaroni in chili....YUCK!!!!

When I was in high school we use to go to a dinner after school and order 2 in a bowl. It was 2 HUGE meatballs with lots of sauce then half a loaf of french bread sliced in half and layered with 1/4" of butter.

I use to have breakfast at home then we all stopped at Paddy's coffee shop and we each had 6 chocolate covered donuts that each weighed about a pound each. I'm exaggerating but they were really really heavy.

You clearly have no taste whatsoever. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go eat a whole loaf of bread.
