Well I haven't posted on this site for some time because I was busy driving finally. You might remember that I was training with Davis when I injured my wrist. While recuperating Davis went all O/O. I finally started with Arrow trucking and went to orientation in Tulsa. They have a company doctor who gives another DOT physical regardless I had a 2 year card. Well come to find out my blood pressure was around 190/90. I was a walking heart attack. Well they sent me home with all expenses paid including food. I got under a doctors care and have to take a pill every day but my blood pressure is now around 110/70. I went back and completed training and have been driving on my own for two months now and I love every day. Arrow is all flatbed but I have only had one tarped load so far and they never use side kits, never even issued. I was started ar .34 a mile and .36 after 90 days. I have been getting coast to coast loads and am home when asked every time. I am making pretty good money and am very happy with Arrow so far. To dewercs, glad to see you're doing better. Stay away from a lawsuit though if you ever want to drive again. It's not right but it's the way it is now. The hardest part is being away from home but I enjoy what I'm doing and have a lot of comfort in my truck. By the way, my first truck was a 2004 Freightliner and I was on my first dispatch and got 113 miles when the motor went. Pistons, crank, etc. were thrashed. They then gave me a 2005 with a Cat motor (the other had a detroit) and It pulls every load easily. The only bummer was because I was employed by Davis for a few weeks I couldn't get my tuition reimbursed. Anyway glad to see everyone is doing well.

Long time no hear!!! Glad you're doing good and out enjoying the road. I run into Arrow drivers at a lot of the places where I load and unload, so maybe some day our paths will cross. Take care and be safe!!

Made my drop first thing this morning in Milan, IL and caught a load from Bettendorf, IA to Dayton, OH and then finals in Statesville, OH for a decent rate. Only bummer is that it doesn't load until 3pm.

So now I am sitting at the Iowa 80 TS spending money.............but this time it's on a PM and not on chrome and lights
