unused calories get stored as fat ,so don't over eat ,and get exercise ...also it is much harder to get fat from eating a clean diet as opposed to one consisting mostly of refined sugars, saturated fats,and hardly any protein ...even if both diets have equal calorie content...Oh and Subway is not that healthy.

You should note that I have, on several occasions, agreed with post's that were not attacking OTR drivers and contained good, decent, common sense suggestions.

Well, those that don"t like dogs in trucks are going to love this.

I take mine when I have students in the truck. He lays on the sleeper.

He is in the classroom when we train in there also.

Of course, when you are the Pres, you can do what you want.

agreed. the truck stop i am parked at, was kinda funny, the drivers lounge is only about 15 by 15, and there were atleast 30-40 drivers packed in there watching this 22in plasma. not much into football anyways, but was good to see arizona make it to the big game.
